100 Club x Art Club Collective Work


These are some posters I created for the Art Club Collective for a jive and blues night at the 100 Club. For the posters, I wanted to provide my own interpretation of a Swiss designed poster. I tried to focus on creating a few simple elements, the trumpet and the dancers, and refining these ideas into something that not only benefits the client but is also a striking poster. 

The trumpet was illustrated by myself, and I used a photo of Roy Hargrove as my study. For the dancers I looked at a range of dancers. From Goofy, to Northern Soul.
